Turn this into a scrap hat raffle and people would be interested.
Unless you have no idea how that works, in this case lemme explain.
People give the hat raffler how ever many scrap they want, and each time they give one, their name is added to the list. (names stack)
Once the raffler has enough scrap to craft a random hat, they do said craft, and then draw for a name from the raffle list. Winner gets the random hat.
NOTE: If the host participates in the scrap raffle, someone else draws the name to prevent a whole TROLOLO I WON THE RAFFLE COINCIDENCE HUH?
