Ok I think I got it. The pool I am using runs in rounds lasting about an hour. The formula works like this.
(50 BTC - 1 BTC fee) * (shares found by user's workers) / (total shares in current round)
The more people working for a user (such as me working for tom), the more coin they get per round. That is then divided up by the user to the workers. You probably won't get recognized working alone, so it is probably best to work with others. If Tom goes inactive I could try to set something up.
Ok, I can see my Khashs, how do I see my M/hash s??
1000Khashs is one Mhash I think. How many Khash do you have?
