That's a rather simple explanation of the three areas, but okey.

The post actually does highlight several important health and social issue that the United States is struggling with currently, unfortunately the majority of the argument is rooted in hyperbole and anecdotes rather than reality and it really detracts from the piece overall.

I'll just pick out one point here, about salmonella in the US food supply. If you look at the incidence rate of salmonella in people per capita, the United States is at the bottom of the list, below all the other Western countries that were in the report. While there are issues here at play like reporting methods that deserve to be discussed and mentioned in the argument, it seems to cast a lot of doubt on the basic premise that all chicken in the US is infected with salmonella, so you should move to Germany instead (which I'd like to point out is currently noted in the news for a strain of drug resistant e. coli that has contaminated the food supply).
