its people definitely ain't that bright.
Sure they are. The Department of State issued 116,454 non-immigrant education related visas to Chinese citizens in 2010, more than any other nation received. You could argue that this is an example of population bias, but India only received 27,129 visas and it has a comparable population (there are also a lot of bright people in India as well). Of course, getting a visa to study in America is not any measure of how smart you are, but for a program that tries to find the brightest people around the world and bring them to the US to study, we're getting a disproportionate number of people from China.

I hate our current generation.
Not this nonsense again :( Every generation is as bad as the last. Did you know that the ancient Isrealites thought a public stoning was a great family event? Shakespeare wrote scandalous plays about love and alcohol? At one point in America it was legal to rape women and then sell your children?

Not this nonsense again :(

It's bad because I knew where that link was going before I clicked it.

Pretty sure you live under a rock then.
Why do you whine about it?  Unless you are going to change it, you're wasting your breath.

I'm not whining about it, i just wanted to say that.
Of course our generation sucks.  That is because we are still kids.  Kids suck.  Adults do all the cool and important stuff.

It'll be our generation that perfects cloning, colonizes the moon and perhaps Mars, and optimizes the world to integrate technology in life.

Pretty sure you live under a rock then.
This is a conclusion I have reached after several years of studying history and having traveled all over the country. I follow the news (international, national, state, and local), I read a lot, and I travel. I don't care if you agree with it, but I think I deserve to at least have my opinion treated with the same respect I would treat yours.

Also I live in a house.

I am sick and tired of America

lol USA is gonna be like The Ark in Brink :cookieMonster:

I feel like this thread is just Americans defending themselves then everyone else from outside the USA bashing on America out of bandwagon spite just to look cool in their own national eyes.

Feel what you want. It's just your little opinion. It doesn't challenge any facts.

Pretty sure you live under a rock then.
Did you even glance at the post he linked to?

You're a loving idiot

There's corruptness on the outside, but on the inside America is a great place.

I live in Stockton, which is the most miserable city in the country according to Forbes Magazine. There's unemployment, foreclosure, crime, and of course many other problems that you always hear about. But despite all of that and living here all my life I've come to absolutely love it. It's certainly not the best but I'm contempt. A lot of people hate where they live simply because they look at only the downfalls rather than the things to be happy about. I mean, compared to some other places America has it very well even if we aren't as well off as everyone would like it to be.

also, lol @ the foreigners demoting america

-schlurp-
So, in short, it's OK to live in the USA because there are worse places to live at in the USA. That's sad.
