We did have those in MW2, and they were over powered.  They may have to nerf them a bit if they ever did it.

I think they actually underpowered the explosives, but that's from my expierence.
I shot an RPG right next to someone with Ghost, and they survived.  I checked back in Theatre, it was 2 feet away from them.

Also, how come Flak Jacket doesn't fully protect against an RCxD(3 Killstreak), but Ghost fully protects you from the Spy Plane(3 Killstreak).

An RPG is made to kill tanks, not people. C4 is way more explosive than an RPG round should be.

It's Call Of Duty, you expect a balanced game.
Flak Jacket should fully protect a three killstreak, just as how ghost fully protects it.
It just makes better sense like that.

That would be overpowered. Your entire team puts on flak jackets and suddenly half the 3 kill streaks are worth dirt. With Ghost it's just a recon thing, you can still easily see a person with Ghost on and fill him with holes. RC-XDs are a weapon, a person with a Flak Jacket is basically invincible to every RC-XD that comes his way, which completely kills the purpose of using the RC-XD in the first place.
