She posted these saying they're her forever ago, and if you
reverse image it on google you can find a a site with hot girls in it (similar to the "Hot Girls" topic here, no nudity) and if you scroll down about half way, you see a picture of "her".

That's actually false, it is a girl because someone was in-game with her when she was using her xbox headset as a microphone, I don't recall who though and they said it actually was a girl. So yeah.
