you got a loving awesome game that gets better after every update (and several thousand bugfixes) that became free so late you'd probably have gone and spent an equal or larger amount of money on other games that would have lasted you even less time

and THEN you got free loving updates to said game for years and years without valve asking for anything in return

unless 10 bucks is getting to set you out of the loving poorhouse and heal your mother of some terminal illness i'd like to say you don't need that damn money
