My neighbor is suing one of my other neighbors (who has plants that attract bees) Because neighbor 1 is afraid of bees.
It's hilarious.

because all cases, in all locations, for people of all criminal records, for life threatening crimes or not, get a set time in jail for a set price of money stolen.

plus i can make a guess,
the homeless man was an Xcon anyways. and not doing well on the outside, played this out to get himself put back in for breaking parole.

Reminds me of the trial in To Kill a Mockingbird

Psh. My dad is all over the net for stealing $168,000 from the govt. Dude is in for life.
Better off in there. No i will not tell you his name. cause then you will know mine o.O
True story though :D

i have a friend with white as his last name, but he's black.
true story.
My completely Irish/German past few couple of generations on my mom's side has the last name of 'Blackman' :cookieMonster:

I think stealing is wrong, but I think 15 years is totally unfair for only $100.

I think some comunity service or some other crap would have been better.

But then, the jury will have some crap to say about it; like a automatic 15 year sentence for robbing a bank or some thing.

lol now he gets free meals, bedding, medication, what's wrong with that he was homeless

he came clean, they should have made him work for 100 dollars. that's a loving week of work. also look at it this way, he was homeless and hungry. now he's in a prison with a roof over his head and food to eat, he's not even in with thugs or murderers, he's probably in jail with the same people who steal money from big companies.
edit:
lol now he gets free meals, bedding, medication, what's wrong with that he was homeless
forget.

You think a guy who fessed up would get an easier sentence.
