Sometimes, mostly being at unaware times, I will suddenly get "nocturnal sleeping habits" in which I stay up all night not being tired, and usually begin to become extremely, and abnormally tired by morning or in the afternoon. I'll usually sleep until 7:00 PM, or even 1:00 AM, and I'm usually confused out of my mind when that happens.
What I do is I try to reverse it, by staying up all day, and sleeping at 4:00 PM, or later, then waking up in the morning the next day. Soon enough it automatically re-corrects itself to a "humane" pattern.
