Valve pulled Crysis 2 off of Steam because of a violation of post-release contract involving DLCs and other online distributors like pre-Origin EADM and Direct2Drive. Even so, I think EA had foretold that BF3 won't be on Steam, but I may be wrong. Either way, I think Valve and EA both want BF3 on Steam in order to get maximum profits. I'll be happy if BF3 gets on Steam, I'd definitely buy it from there. If it isn't though, then I'm definitely buying a retail copy instead.
