It's a balance nerf though, an understandable one.

high damage output and lifesteal = forever full health, that's a legitimate problem

Her ultimate is absolutely unfair. It's the only ultimate I've seen where you can dive someone and never have the turret (or anything else for that matter) hit you once, not even after it's done.

I can do that as Fizz easy peasy. All that matter's is being fed. An under-farmed Fiora certainly couldn't dive someone like that.

Also doesn't last as long, scales on AP, can't hit the same target more than once, and doesn't apply on-hit effects.

My God I just had the worst game ever as Veigar
4/11/18 because I was forced to lane, was underleveled etc. I managed to make a recovery because Karthus let me take mid, but we still lost.
