I haven't been playing much because I'm waiting for Leaguecraft to get its crap together, which is fairly likely, and a lot less work than trying to work out a solution for myself. I've been using the chance to get through some of my back catalogue of other games I picked up in the steam holiday sale. I'll try to get on my smurf more, though.
Eventually, if I don't have a good solution for picking any of my champions at will, I may have to start doing a "champion rotation" where I only need to worry about an effective up-to-date strategy for a couple champs for each role at a time. I didn't used to use a computer to choose my champion, but that was when the roster was about 40% the size it is now; now it picks much better in 40 seconds than I usually would. I really hope leaguecraft starts working again soon.
As for finishers (evelynn, twitch, ahri, kassadin, twisted fate) finishing off people... You can either stop being annoyed or stop playing LoL. You can talk all you want about how setting up an alley-oop takes more skill than just catching the ball and dunking it, but a basket is a basket is a basket.
