I build pure support with the first 2 and AP with Zilean.

No but seriously remember when AD carries solo'd mid? Now it's always the AP carry with the AD carry going bot with a support, a tank/tanky DPS soloing top, and a tank/tanky DPS/assassin jungling.

This doesn't surprise me because Soraka was turned into an AP carry when they nerfed her heals and buffed her starcall.
