Seen some people complain about Ziggs' AP ratios but really his Q has a 4 sec cooldown and 0.65 ap ratio. That's a lot of spam. Also, his passive is also free extra damage and he has 2 cc spells. Quite a fine champ in my opinion.

Anyone know the release date of the new patch? Looking forward to the Ashe buff too.

It still seems to take a second even at close range. But still fast enough IMO.

Quick question for you people. Should I save my IP for runes, or continue buying new champs?

Sona is currently my favorite and I've already invested a few runes towards her.
However, I love playing lots of different characters, as the same gets really boring after 20-30 games.

Also, what's the best way to earn IP? For a while, I made reference accounts and easily got them to hit summoner level 5, rewarding my main with double IP per win. I still have 20 wins left that'll grant me double IP, but I don't want to repeat this process to get more.

I'm level 23 (almost 24) if that helps.
