Unless you have someone who can suppress or silence or taunt or stun or have a coordinated gank or just kill him like a regular person.
One does not simply kill ryze 1v1, on the 14 0 i was playing against ahri mid, rammus came to gank = killed them both
Ryze is going to be sooo tanky you need to shut him down really early, but ganking ryze is almost impossible thanks to his snare. Fizz is really good against ryze, i would say #1 counter imo (From ap champs), Cassiopeia is good too
