Yeah sure woulda been smarter to save up for the NLR but he might have needed that AP at that moment.

unless if someone counter jungles, then tank junglers are forgeted because while they're ganking shyv/noct/udyr/etc. will be taking all their jungle so you'd better hide your blue, hide your red and hide your wolves cause they stealing all the creeps
