I'll personally be on roughly an hour early, and there is a scheduled event (as a reminder) set at 30-minutes prior. Come in if you can, if not don't worry about it.

The premiere is tomorrow morning, so that's the final call on that. Tomorrow I'll post my updated livestream list around that 30-minute prior period, and figure out something so that I'm not constantly reposting it each week like the last two seasons (probably add it to OP somewhere in the Episodes area).

I don't think i'll make it as of the last several months, i've been getting up at 10 AM and being too tired to stay awake thus not getting up until 2 or 3 PM

i was doing that too for a long time (except getting up at 2/3pm, dont even know how one can do that), but the last week i've forced myself up at 8am.
i still keep the alarm set just in case but for the most part i've gotten use to it

i also dont stay up past 11pm

As to prepare for S4 for perhaps some new S4-inspired vectors; I did some practice to help me try to lower the time it takes to make a vector from scratch:

This took me around a good hour compared to my previous vector which took 2 hours, and the one before that that took 3.5 hours, meaning I'm improving a lot on time while keeping the same/improving on quality and not cutting corners in the process. Also I did do shadows for this initially, but I found it to look a lot better without them.

So that means the quicker I can make ponies, I can probably start fitting more ponies into one vector project within a decent time-span. Like say, eventually maybe being able to do a group "photo" of the forum's pony OCs.

i have finally completed my 65-episode series rewatch.

When I first started watching, I watched all 65 episodes in a little over a week. So excited for tommorow! :D
