Author Topic: GTA: Vice City  (Read 1177 times)

Now Rockstar's got some of the old stuff, the new stuff, and the older stuff.  I'd like to discuss what I am going to look forward to all weekend whilst on vacation.  Playstation 2's own GTA: Vice City.  It's some old stuff, but it's a classic.  I love it.  Discuss your fav GTA series game and console to play it on.

I remember vice city
something about a drug deal gone bad and you had to get 1 million dollars or something, right?

Yes indeed.

My main thing is hearing the helicopter sounding like a lawn mower on crack and the gunshots were like type writers :O

Nostalgasm

I think I still have it somewhere
I don't feel like finishing the game over again, and what the forget was up with those bird statue things?
but I did love the RC vans, with the car races and the plane bombs

OH GOD YES

Gonna make a banner.  Don't let the classics die :C

My favorite GTA game is San Andreas. Though Vice City looked neat even though it teased the 80's.

Hey, what the forget is with the first mission of San Andreas anyway? You think it's just going to be some easy tutorial stuff, but then some people drive by and blow up you car by shooting it's doors three times, then instead of stealing a car and chasing them, you steal bikes and escape on those. Bikes.

Great game though, but I just can't get over that mission.

I thought that was pretty unique.  No other Rockstar games let you ride a bike except Bully.

Yeah, i think the same bro.

Playstation 2's own GTA: Vice City.

Uh, I always played it on my original Xbox. Never knew it was preferences to that console. Not sarcasm, by the way. But I have it for Xbox, played it on Xbox, my father hated it when he saw me chopping off people's head with a katana on Xbox. I don't see how that statement fits, honestly.

Lol, it says "Memory Card (for PS2) - 500kb." Ridiculous they'd list the other system's specs like that while denoting it's probably not the same on Xbox. But it does show to me it was meant for PS2. Still, my point stands as it isn't exclusive enough to much such a statement.

I like the fact that you can ride bikes but it just seemed so weird in that mission. I wouldn't have minded it so much if the mission itself wasn't so hard for some reason :u
