I have a 14k, almost 15k. I haven't been discriminated. But I have seen insults to others, such as, "your ID is porbably like 3000000"

Newb is short for newbie, referring to a new player.  But its still sometimes used by handicaps to call other people handicapped.

Its disabled by default, that is why he can't see it. You can re-enable it in options.

I'm not saying this is true for all high IDs but i have noticed the dumber people tend to have higher IDs. if i notice someone being stupid or building badly i look at their ID to see how recently they joined. If they have a low ID and they're being a noob or building badly it's worse because they have been on for longer and know better if they have higher ID it's not as bad because they haven't been on for as long and don't really know better
