I would argue hardly anyone who says it will be bad are bandwagoning. Having a collective opinion =/= bandwagoning.
And it's not about being realistic really. It's just every single game is the same thing over and over and hardly anything changes. They effectively copy/paste the multiplayer and add a few new maps and guns. stuff gets boring.

I said most.
But a game doesn't have to be realestic for it to be good. Just look at the first Halo, Bioshock, and tons of other great unrealistic games. I know Call of Duty games used to be actually based on wars, but eventually they were going to run out of wars.

I'm saying that they originally solely geared toward realism cited directly from old veterans, then they suddenly switched over to what it is now. They were known for basically going to old folks homes and getting old people to help develop their games, and they just abandon that whole concept. It disgusts me...

It's really only fun on xbox and if you have a big group of friends to play with.

But since most the people on these forums are anti-social super pc race then they will gladly bash the game.

I am a PC man myself, but I do play Xbox here and there because CoD is far superior on consoles.

If I wanted a FPS on PC I'd play Battlefield, which I do.

It's not the medium by which you play the game, it's the fact the games are getting old and stale and hardly anyone cares for them anymore other then the select few addicts who don't know any other games.

I prefer Battlefield over Call of Duty. I will buy Battlefield 3 when it comes out but I am not buying Modern Warfare 3 until the price drops, a lot.

Battlfeild 3 > MW3.

Story seems better and I don't have to be stuck in a small area and get a helicopter ride thats scripted andonly once eveny 7 kills in a row.

Plus, I notice teamwork in battlefeild.
