Meh. The effects look more annoying than good. If real life is that tinted, get your eyes checked. This mod also makes the screen flash yellow when a taxi goes by. It's just painful to look at. Realism isn't when color leaks everywhere.

I downloaded that mod and thanked myself for backing up GTA4. The mod is complete overkill on shaders and reflections. Street lights turn into spotlights and your car's headlights are as powerful as the sun. I absolutely detest the mod and it is a safe bet that most people do when they use the mod for the first time.

Oh, and didn't even make me lag or overheat my GPU.

It's way too much effects. It would look very nice after some polishing though.

I think this only happens if your computer has poor cooling (eg. laptops or desktops without any case fans).
