The perks system from fallout 3 will be introduced in Skyrim.
If you've never played Fallout 3, basically everytime you level up you get a fun little perk.
i was worried about attributes being removed because of encumbrance amounts and speech challenges and certain things being available to you if you have a certain attribute at a certain level

but now i feel kinda better

For anyone who hasnt seen it, this is the video at E3, yes, its a bit old, but its still cool.

Im already making a list of things i will not be doing in Skyrim that I did in Oblivion.

1. I will NOT use fast travel. Although it makes the game faster, you also miss out on a lot of other things.
2. I will NOT kill everyone I see. Yes, that was fun, but I got killed a lot and it made me sad.
3. I will NOT make a new character everytime I get stuck.
4. I will NOT go on youtube or google for cheats or glitches. And if I stumble across any, I will not use them.
5. I will NOT google anything about the game until I beat it.
6. I will NOT put this game before school. I made a mistake with that in Oblivion, and I lost the game because my grades dropped to F's.

Any others I should consider?

i will NOT buy it for consoles, so i can laugh at them while i fly around with my dragon pets mod using custom gandalf items and apparel

Thats another thing i can add

1. I will NOT buy it for PC. Playing Oblivion and Skyrim on the PC made me feel like cheating, so i did.

i am kinda pissed they announced and showed pics of skyrim so early, it makes oblivion feel so old in comparison

I played Fallout 3 and New Vegas on PC and never felt like cheating.

I play Oblivion on my Mac, and I dont feel like I missed out on much (I played, and beat the game on PS3).
The only I do think Im missing out on were Addons.
