What happened to Snip3r's and Darkstar's L4D pistol?

I got Snip3r's M9 when it was released a few years back, and it was the best handgun I had ever seen, and still has been. I had it for a while, and then one day, I enabled it, and it didn't show up ingame. I tried everything I could think of, and nothing worked. Here are it's specifications:

Magazine Capacity: 5 rounds
Has a light on the barrel that I think may actually work
The reloading animation shows the magazine drop out
The dropping magazine  did what a bullet casing in Blockland does: it disappears after being on the ground for a while.
It was posted in the RTB downloads system during the days of RTB2.

Why did this get put in the list of bad add-ons, making Blockland not execute checking it? It was a perfectly good add-on, and the best handgun ever made. Why did it get put there, anyway?

The only problem is the bad model, though.

I remember it. It was good, and all, the only problem was the model. Though, i did enjoy it and i had it until my computer crashed and I lost it.
