you are paying for the game
they put work into that game
they put $60 per copy of work into it
they also put work into the DLC
about $15 of work per pack
if you wanna complain about something, complain about microtransactions
The thing is back in the day you could get Battlefield 1942 and some BF2 expansion packs which had the content of a full game. Today you are paying more for less content with EA and Activision DLC's and the younger generation of gamers has been indoctrinated to accept it as normal.

more content for a game i love? of course im going to want it

god i can't loving stand those people who say "if you don't have TV unlocked you should get out of this heli" etc
i mean seriously what do you think i'm trying to unlock

I've always thought getting upgrades if you get kills with a weapon or vehicle is handicapped. Seriously, all games do this, but the concept is silly.
The MORE time you spend in something, the better you get at working with it, right? So that's +1 combat advantage.
But you ALSO get these fancy unlock thingies, so thats another +1.
So they're doubling up the advantage factor versus new players.

Plus new players will always be screwed because theyll get kicked and cursed out and can't learn.

"forget OFF"
"NO TV? cigarette"

One thing I can't stand however, is new players learning how to fly helicopters that think it's an absolute necessity to use a FULL transport helicopter.

on console it's the least used helicopter, so i don't see a problem. i do generally hate it though when you have someone who is new, flying an attack helicopter/scout helicopter and loving starts hitting polls and stuff, barely managing to keep it in the air.

in both jets and helis, I have the stick layout set to southpaw because I can't fly with them the other way around
even when I was just beginning to play I couldn't, but when I switched it to southpaw, it was a breeze
idk why
does anyone else fly like that?
the drawback is that I can't freelook properly :c

I was almost crying of joy because I FINALLY GOT THIS DOGTAG

Have they released the BF4 system requirements yet?

back in the day not nearly as much work was put into games
back in the day the dollar was worth more
back in the day you didn't have to go to to such extensive (and expensive) lengths to market games
etc etc

first couple of times playing armored kill

I take back anything I've ever said bad about Armored Kill. Literally the most fun I've had on BF3 in a while (going solo)

so apparently i can fly helicopters, not just gun them
i was doing work yesterday on aftermath maps with attack heli

i already knew i could fly scouty

was funny because i was in the attack heli for most of the round with like 4 kills max, hopped in the scout, got like 20 more in 2 runs with it

I have some weird situation where I'm doing well with weapons that seem to be regarded as not really worthy like the KH2002.

It was really a fun gun.
