Ok, the server keeps sending punch packet. It sends more than 20, which is EXTREMLY annoying.

The problem might be the fact that you're using an Apple Airport router while your OS is Windows.
It might be that this is the problem, but I'm not entirely sure. It should still work irregardless.

What is your subnet mask set to? Try setting it to 255.255.255.0

Also if you are using an airport router on a Windows machine there is an airport utilities .exe available.
