I recently got minecraft but it never works i usually get this Bad video card error and sometime it works but its extremely laggy.
I asked for help on the minecraft forums and the administrator but they didn't reply.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Go to start menu, Type in "Run" then in the run menu, Type "Dxdiag"
