Oh and there is one big downside. You could be thrown in jail for the rest of your life, possibly tortured and there is nothing you can do about it.

I assume that if I was immortal I would be invincible aswell, so I'd probably join the army.

If immortal meant I was invincible, I would live a life of crime fighting.

If it meant I lived forever, I would live life laying low and gathering money until I was super rich.

Also It would suck if you were immortal as a young child because you would have to keep changing your identity and trying to get through life of people thinking you are a child.

Thats why if I were to become immortal, and I actually had a choice of when i got it, I would become immortal when i was in my 30s.

i think living forever is actually the worst thing you could ask for

you'll live forever, probably witness the end of the world, but continue to live. float through space forever.
