From the Bureau of the Chief Minster of Avalonian Defense and Military Expansion
Due to recent events, most o which seems to be a confused jumble about possible war, Avalonia is doubling its military output, and fortifying its borders which have yet to be added to the main map. Naval "quarantine" of the waters between the northern arctic continent's closest point to Avalonia and Avalonian heartland. The quarantine has been induced by rising need for controll in the area, only Avalonian-Friendly nations have been allowed through this non-crucial stretch of water.
The Civil Defense committee has enacted a militia training program. The disclosed militia size is 50,000, though it is rumored to be in the hundred thousands.
A doomsday device is under way of development. The idea behind it is that if Avalonia is attacked, a genetically engineered supervirus will be released upon the world. It is rapidly adaptive and communicable by every known agent. There is no cure. Avalonian citizens have all received geno-therapy to make them substantially less susceptible to the disease. Orbital objects will release the disease in gaseous form should Avalonia be attacked, or even unavoidably threatened. The disease release will be followed by an orbital nuclear bombardment of Enduva's oceans, poisoning the water cycle.
This is not an ultimatum, threat, or means to be worried. It is a warning, to all of you who would cause harm to Avalonia. You will not survive an attack. So put down your guns, and leave my country alone you bloodthirsty demons.
