FFFFFFFFFF I want to buy this for a friend but paying 1 cent would make my Visa Gift Card have $24.99 on it. I can't add $24.99 to my Steam wallet which was it's intended use since Steam only accepts increments of $5, $10, $25, $50, or $100 ;(. American Express's website is being dumb and "experiencing technical difficulties" so I can't register my AE card to buy it either at this time. Why does this always happen to me? ;-;
