He's havign problems with the sims 3, he could run it prior at default settings, now it isnt
If you want to show us your specs, on Windows 7, in the bar near the shutdown, type dxdiag, now run it.
In XP or Vista - press run on start - DXDIAG
Or if you have vista or 7, you can show us your system info, but censor out your product key.
