No. Forged Alliance is undeniably better. Supcom 2 was designed to appeal to a larger audience with its dumbed down gameplay when compared to FA.

I am well aware. However, more people have supcom 2 in our group than have supcom 1, otherwise we'd play supcom 1.

To be honest I would prefer TA to supcom anyways.
