They are kind of old, and will not max out most modern games.

Im pretty sure the 9800 is better but I know it doesn't support dx11. Also if you were to go for a 9800 chose this one

I know man, a lot of people are tight on money right now :/
You can still go with other people's suggestions, just if you bought a new psu you could get a nice graphics card, but that would also cost more.
