Drink either TONS or almost no soda. (I used to drink tons and was loving fit and felt great, if you only drink like a medium amount then you will feel sick and weird.)
And uhh, eat whatever the forget you want. I eat stuff tons of proteins, Chicken every day, Steak too. Eat Pretzles for grain if you don't like bread.
