Okay, Kearn, do what I do. Drink Arizonas, like the fruit flavors and stuff.
Ride a bike and do jumps and stuff with friends
work out like whenever you feel like it (If you do all of this you will feel like it)
Masturbate to get arm muscle
Drink either TONS or almost no soda. (I used to drink tons and was loving fit and felt great, if you only drink like a medium amount then you will feel sick and weird.)
And uhh, eat whatever the forget you want. I eat stuff tons of proteins, Chicken every day, Steak too. Eat Pretzles for grain if you don't like bread.



exercise and eat healthy, that's all it takes, none of these techniques to easily lose weight
And crunches

Eating healthy is not just eating veggies and fruits.

You have to eat the right ammount of everything.

Eat at the right time of day.

No snacks.

Excercise.

You did it wrong then.

If you were truly eating healthily you would not end up underweight.

If you're on that type of diet and start at overweight, you would probably go from over, to normal. And if you kept it up, from normal back to "over" but not actually over because it's all muscle and good stuff.

If you started at normal, and were eating healthily and exercising, you would go up.

Do crunches, since the fat is located at the abdomen, your stomach is in your chest cavity near your lungs. If that's actually where the fat is, those are breasts.

As long as you eat healthy and work out you should be fine but don't starve yourself.

Ahah, no you don't.
Being underweight is worse than being overweight.

 > Be underweight due to diet.
 > Body adapts.
 > Turn normal weight even with diet due to adaptation.
 > Go back to eating normal.
 > Fat.
 > Forced to go on special diet for rest of life or be fat.
