THE BEST WEAPON CHOICE?

Bow & Arrow - I like to sneak around and kill from afar!
Melee - Stealth and Mage characters are just wimps. Real men use swords!
Magic - Both Sword and Bow are rendered useless against my spells!

I told you that I do like the game. I just don't like the minor/major bullstuff they missed.
Bitching about and causing arguments doesn't change anything.

lol what tony said is right. the caves all look the same and don't stick out at all.

I'm glad someone agrees instead of just telling me "hur u hate everything."

Only one cave stuck out and it was the one with the giant mudcrab, too bad the giant mudcrab had the same stats as a regular mudcrab.

I wasn't even bitching. I am just saying that Bethesda could had scrapped a few forgettable caves so they get more time to improve the main story.

The main quest may just be about less than 8 hours of gameplay. They should had removed a few identical/forgettable caves or ruins and improved the main quest a bit more.

Does this look like I am bitching? I'm only stating the obvious and what they could of done.

Well, what should they have done with the caves? I mean, forget, they're damned caves! What were you expecting?

And yes you were bitching, you came in saying, "Yep. Oblivion doesnt stand out, there are tons of these Open-World midieval roleplaying games around."

What they could have done? Is what they did not enough? Oblivion had the best graphics of its time, a great story, and a great combat system. If you cant appreciate that, then you truly are an ungrateful starfish.

He'll just come in and say that he can appreciate that but there are flaws blah blah blah

I think it's best we just ignore him.

Mediocre story, combat and graphics. BUT BOY IS IT FUN. Somehow.

Im trying, but he's too good at trolling.

Morrowind had the best story evar.
And i agree with lord tony.
Caves were boring and forgettable.
Whereas in morrowind there was something awesome in each one.
Chance of finding awesome/legendary stuff, sixth house bases, vampires that arent gay, etc
Also dwemer ruins

All the oblivion gates are basically the same too with minor changes.

I also can't remember a single cave that was unique besides the one with the giant mudcrab. The only ruin I still remember that is unique is the one that has a necromancer church thing inside it underground.

Morrowinds dungeons were just as forgettable

there were tons and tons of crypts everywhere that were identical for the most part.

Yeah, I remember that cave aswell, super fun.

And I actually like what they did with the Oblivion gates, they're all different with the same feel.

I just hate that there is only one way to close em.

Isnt that one only for a mages guild quest?
And I loved the shivering isles.
Reminded me of morrowind :3

The crypts were actually fun at least. And were semi-canon, since they had noble's names on them.

... !
This is so satisfying :D

Oblivion has a few unique caves. I found one with lots of Daedra stuff everywhere.

I only remember one underground crypt that has an actual fortified structure inside it. That was the only one as far as I remember.

Oh and there is another unique cave in Oblivion. Anyone remember the unfinished cave? If you fall down the hole in the cave you are stuck there forever until you load a previous save.

Most of the oblivion gates had lava moats that you would need to activate switches and stuff to get passed.
I just used water walking enchantments and fire resistance.
Walked across that lava like a boss.
