THE BEST WEAPON CHOICE?

Bow & Arrow - I like to sneak around and kill from afar!
Melee - Stealth and Mage characters are just wimps. Real men use swords!
Magic - Both Sword and Bow are rendered useless against my spells!

Are there any Elder Scrolls name generators based on races?

I don't feel like naming every character I play Tom in this game.
And burn those people who voted nope at the stake please.

so far from what I have seen, all the characters look so distinct. i can't wait to play this

no
dunmer are dark elves
bosmer are wood elves

dunmer have dark greyish skin
bosmer have orange-brown skin

dunmer have read eyes and typically greyscale hair
bosmer have whatever
I'm well aware of the fact.
I noted the dark, dull green hue to the first Elf's skin, and the pale pinkish hue to the second's.
Perhaps they're both Dunmer.

just saw the argonian...

holy hgfvkool kids klub

I hope you can configure the white out of that Argonian's face.

Either way, I need to build a new rig for Skyrim dammit. :c I don't have the money.

one of the nice things about the new character creator is that its pretty robust. You can make any race range from clean and kept to vile and brutal. The orc screens are a good example of that, oh they can look even more brutal than what you guys have seen
this sounds sweet, just playing oblivion makes it feel so far behind the times with all the similar looking NPCs

Could that be Sky Haven Temple behind him, d'you reckon?

And look at the veiny arms on that Redguard. My goodness, I'll stay on his good side.

It closely resembles it, but I don't think it is.

The Redguard would at least wear Blades armor next to it in the first place, either way.

Well I doubt the Blades would still use the same armor from Cyrodiil 200 years ago.
This is the rugged North 200 years after the Emporer's death, perhaps the Blades have abandoned a dress code.
And what do you mean, "It closely resembles it"? Have pictures of it been released?

And rebuilt their whole temple, from the looks of it. It isn't the exact same as the temple.

And doesn't the game take place, specifically, in Skyrim?

That's what I'm saying. Sky Haven Temple and Cloud Ruler Temple are two different places.
Alduin's Wall is located in the former.

And the building in the screenshot has architecture much like that of Cloud Ruler, if you'll look at the screenshot from Oblivion below. I think that may be Sky Haven Temple in the screen with the Redguard.
