Although a map of all Tamriel would be nice too. Perhaps Skyrim on one side and Tamriel on the other.

All oblivion cases come with a map. I think.
So its safe to assume skyrim comes with one too.

plus, with 32 bit graphics it's not as taxing on hardware

Even if Skyrim is only what we've seen of it, it will be the best game I've ever played.
