It's rather annoying that you complain about some of these issues and refuse to do anything to change them.
You could easily download mods that will fix a lot of the things you don't like about the game but you say you don't use them/

I have the ps3 version, I can't just jam a flash drive full of oblivion mods into my ps3.

Even if I had the PC version I don't do mods.

Or you could consider that a man running away from an adventurer wearing a full suit of armour while being shot at by lightning would make SOME noise.

There is still other people that have that problem. I'm not the only one that manages to have guards watching me through solid objects.

I understand its upsetting and all, but it seems all you do on this thread is complain.

There is not much actual good about the game now that I've realized it. Sure I loved it while playing it but since that I've played Fallout 3 and New Vegas, oblivion just seems to be extremely lacking everything. The game feels half assed to be honest.

And it's still lacking depth. To me it just seems like they've spent most of their time designing forgettable caves, ruins and oblivion gates. Isn't there over 100 oblivion gates and each one looks about the same?

Morrowind came out a decade ago and it's WAY better than oblivion in every way but combat.
The graphics arent the best but who gives a damn?
The game was superb.
