I would say you might want to buy or make a cheap restoration spell at any mages guild and just use it while walking.Don't choose spear as a skill. What I wanna know is if the NPCs can move around while your talking, can you move too? Or will your camera follow the NPCs when they're moving, like your looking at them. What is an NPC your talking to walks away from you.
Im sure the NPC will stand still while you speak to them, but everyone else will continue moving.
