THE BEST WEAPON CHOICE?

Bow & Arrow - I like to sneak around and kill from afar!
Melee - Stealth and Mage characters are just wimps. Real men use swords!
Magic - Both Sword and Bow are rendered useless against my spells!

I don't even know if mods work on the Steam version. :O
they do, I have used lots of mods in the past.
I'm not sure if the graphic overhaul works though. I haven't tried that.

Isnt that to prevent piracy?

Dammit. Why do them pirates have to ruin everything.
Its why we cant have nice things.
it doesn't reduce piracy at all. it's to sucker you to use their dumb service.

Thats stupid

Morrowind is really hard to get sucked into. I WANT to play and get into it, but 'm having a hard time doing so.

I've tried, but the weapon hit registration is painfully loving god forbid awfully terribad. I mean you can stab with a loving hammer, which is a piss off when you're trying to move and attack.

Try using the "always us best attack" option in the menu.
Makes the combat much better.

Last time I did that, hitting people got even harder.

I wonder if there is a mod

The combat really doesn't bother me.

Plus blunt is for cigarettes  :cookieMonster:

I kid. It's just annoying in Oblivion when you have 3 of the highest level dremora whatevers with hammers which can attack fast as forget and they all stagger you and take away 3/4 of your health attack you at once in a room.

Picture this
Busy fulfilling a Dark Brotherhood contract, sneaking around in the shadows in a large chamber
You see a person who you think to be the target in the otherwise empty room, so you nock an arrow and aim just above the head.
Then you realize your target was a High Elf and you're aiming at a Khajiit. forget. Where to go from there?
Your arrow's nocked and it will be until you choose to fire it. You can't abort the shot.

Skyrim needs to add a way to abort the firing of an arrow.

Ive been thinking about that a lot too.
Other games do it, its not like it would be hard to do.

I cant even tell you how many times ive had to shoot my arrow at the ground.

Maybe pulling the left trigger while the right trigger's held down to pull the bowstring back.
Ready a shot, realize you don't need to take it, pull left trigger, abort shot.

So like, blocking while you have the bow string pulled?

Make it so on the console, if you slowly release the trigger, you stop pulling the arrow back.
They did it with the Halo Plasma Pistol, surely they can do it for a bow and arrow.

Yeah I'm completely disregarding the PC for this so whatever.
