Lmfao.

'Keep the baby'

I am not really scared or have nightmares.
However, I just don't sleep.
My sleep schedule is so forgeted up.
I used to watch Netflix on my DS until 4am.
Now I watch until 2am.
Less forgeted up now, at least.

First, some interesting facts about sleeping which may help you:
1. Whatever you think about directly before falling asleep, wont be in your dreams.
2. Is it a nightmare which continues everytime you go to sleep, or are they all similar to eachother? Because from what i've heard, it's impossible to have the same dream more times than once.
3. Main causes of nightmares are high amounts of fear, insecure feelings about self, unpleasant thoughts throughout the day.

If you're stressed about having the nightmare, try techniques to calm yourself down (meditation, talking about it with friends/family)
Also, have you been playing scary games/watching scary movies which might relate to the nightmare?

I hardly get any sleep, too. I don't know wether it's to do with the heat, or because I have a slight fear of the dark.

I don't really know what to say, Mon' (OHOHO WITTY) but try to get help of some sort.

1 and 2 you've got it all wrong

dreams are random unless you've only thought about one thing for a very long time
which even that doesn't happen sometimes

you can definately have the same dream more than once, that is the dumbest thing i've heard today.

i dont know about 3

you can definately have the same dream more than once
Definitely.
When I was little, I always had recurring dreams where I flew around a white space surrounded by houses and waterfalls and stuff.
I miss those dreams.
