Author Topic: Brink Steam free weekend  (Read 4288 times)

Yeah this was obviously designed for high-end gaming PCs, not "Limited Edition" (read: impulse buy filled with discount hardware) laptops

Except it doesn't look that great.

its free?

it told me this and when i went to its page it still charged 24 dollars

free WEEKEND

Am I the only one who thinks some of the maps seem way too cramped?

end the steam process and open it up again

it should be in your library with " - 2 days left" next to it

A weekend to play it for what it's worth.
What a ripoff.

Sure, try the free weekend if you must. But the full game is terrible.

I heard it wasnt to good :(

I just spent five hours installing it, only to find out my video card doesn't support it. Kind of strange, since I can run every other new game I've ever bought.

Bullocks, a GTS240 for sure supports it.

Did you replace the graphics card that was in it before?  If so you might still have the old drivers installed, get a driver cleaning program like CCleaner to get rid of all graphics drivers then reinstall it from nvidia.com.

If anyone can complete the 'Be More Objective' challenge on rank 2 or 3, I'll give them a cookie.

I would download this but I know I can't run it.
