Steam History - 2 "Steam" purchases?

i was just looking in my Steam history and i couldn't help but notice that i have two steam installations. Does this mean that Steam is installed on another computer and registered under my account? if so, oh god loving stuff aoisfupaoiusf there goes my money

Installations or purchases? If installations, they were probably just updates.

Some steam errors call for a reinstall, so it might be that.

steam preferences, in the top right corner of the first tab it says 'view account history'.

Complimentary means it's free. Steam Store means you bought it in the steam store. Retail means you used a cd key to register something with steam and Gift/Guest Pass is really self explanatory.

Also the steam install probably means you downloaded a new steam client? I just got a new computer and installed steam and it's at the top of my account history right under Brink - Free Weekend.

I didn't really understand the part with Steam preferences, then I thought about settings.

I also have 2 Steams.

Just that the first one is in the second row, the first one is in... the last row.

I have two steams as well, I think everyone does. Mine is in the same place as yours.
