I completely see why they're doing it.
I also support Bethesda more.

I love how OP put three esclamation points after no.
You know what he's voting for!

The Notch Defense Force's toughest challenge yet...

Can't he just change the name of the game and not deal with a giant corporation's army of lawyers?

It's not that simple.

btw just clearing it up, Bethesda isn't suing Mojang, Bethesda's LAWYERS are suing Mojang. It's their job to find this kind of legal jargon and make as much money for them and their client.

Basically they're like a bunch of angry hornets who'll attack anything that looks even remotely like Bethesda's games.

Go Bethesda, kick that indie hipster development arse.

This is how I see this lawsuit:

A fat guy eyes the sandwich of the kid sitting next to him. The fat guy isn't even hungry. The sandwich is a piece of meat between a magazine and a piece of plastic. It's not that similar to a sandwich at all. The fat guy still wants it because he's a greedy dolt.

I don't even want to know how this happens.

I don't even want to know how this happens.

Er...The kid's on a tight budget? I guess?

"I don't want to know."
"Well here's how..."

Tom

Bethesda probably isn't doing this for money, their lawyers are just protecting their trademark.

I actually hope money is the reason or else they're just being ludicrously stupid
