TLDR;


ISP's keep logs of every one of their customers for a year, the police can access those records at their own leisure and use it against the person.


This is completely unconstitutional.

How about for people who use the internet for other stuff? NORML, Hightimes, other drug based communities / circulators. research websites. If you accidentally click a link someone sends you to CP completely unknowing, they can forget you over.

If only there once a tiny chance to save it.


Plus the fact more then one person can have access to a computer.

The government just wanted an excuse to look at a bunch of research

Well I guess there will be a lot of charges/arrests now.
