Bisjac was right, this bill is only regarding child research - it adds nothing regarding a required logging of internet use. The article COMPLETELY misinterpreted the bill, just skim the damn thing.

Uh, that's exactly why for some people. The bill was made to stop child research, but some people are worrying about the logs just because of the thought.
