I'm too pissed off to look through this thread to see if one sane person actually looked at the objective facts here instead of sensationalized news outlets: Police need warrants to access this information, and your ISP already stores this information (for the police, provided they provide a warrant), this bill would just require them to hold it longer.

Because in a country like ours with a limited, one branch Government, whenever the House passes something, it is set for life, no changes, forget you.

God dammit guys. Just because the House passed it doesn't mean the country passed it. Obama would never let this pass if he wants any chance at a re-election. The backlash alone would be horrible.

I'll give this a few weeks and then it'll be repealed. Stop whining and loving learn about government.
