I think that the enviroment for fallout 3 was much, much better. It was alot bigger too.

In china I suppose, in the story of Fallout 3 there was a war with them. They were in Anchorage Alaska in Operation Anchorage, so why not... wait... How about Chernobyl, Ukraine? You'll be able to "Kill Strelok" =D
