Hmm, I restarted my computer recently and now steam is updating fallout 3, maybe this had something to do with the crash.

i've been playing fallout 2 for 2 hours and i already have the 10mm smg, a shotgun, and a desert eagle for the one guy in my party. i also have a forgetload of weapons that i don't have enough strength to use

Power Armor training? No such thing is needed to equip Power Armor in the old Fallouts.
