Easily the most fun weapons to use. A pity they aren't so good in the late game.

Never tried sniping with a laser rifle, maybe I should lay off the 25mm Grenade Machineguns and 40mm Grenade Rifles some time.

I'm betting on a Massachusetts game. I'd actually be pretty surprised if Fallout 4 was announced to be anywhere else.
Obsidian might do more spin offs though, while BGS works on the actual numerical series.
